PRIMARY Membership Card Benefits

Dining Benefits

 

Food discount: 50% discount apply if card holder is accompanied by another 1 person / 33% if card holder is accompanied with 2 guests / 25% if card holder is accompanied with 3 other guests / a flat 20% discount will be applicable if card holder is accompanied by 4 other guests and with the limit of 10 guests. Additional discounts above 10 guests shall obtain prior hotel management approval.

 

Member dining alone will also get a flat rate Food discount of 20%.

 

20% flat discount rate on beverages portion of the bill throughout all the outlets, regardless of the number of covers.

Rules for Dining Benefits: 

 

i. No Certificates on Certain Dates. At the discretion of individual Participating Hotels, the Card Discount on Dining & Beverage Discount, %50 Off Dining and Beverage Certificate and the Food Only Buffet Lunch Certificate (collectively, the “Dining Benefits”) may not be available during major public holidays including, but not limited to: Valentine’s Day, Eid Al Adha, Eid Al Fitr, New Year's Eve. 

 

ii. Participating Hotel Outlets Only. The Dining Benefits are only available at participating outlets in Participating Hotels. 

 

iii. Membership Required. Members must be present and must provide their Membership Card when the bill is requested at the Participating Hotel outlets to receive their Dining Benefits. The benefits can only be applied in the outlets when the Member settles the bill for the dining/beverages (even if the Member is a hotel guest and is intending to charge the bill to their room/folio). The Dining Benefits cannot be applied retroactively at the front desk or upon check-out. 

 

iv. No Discount on Certain Bookings and Charges. The Dining Benefits are not available on packages inclusive of accommodation and meals or any other special offers. The Dining Benefits are only intended for usage in the participating outlets, and are not available on room service, tobacco purchases and mini-bar charges, or for conferences, banquets, meetings, exhibitions, or any events held in function rooms at the hotel. The Dining Benefits are not available on bed and breakfast, half-board and full-board accommodation packages. 

 

v. There will be an administrative reissuing fee of 150 AED to replace a lost membership CARD, however lost certificates cannot be replaced.

 

vi. Only One Card per table/check.

 

Room Benefits

 

20% off the Best Flexible Room Rate (single or double occupancy) that is advertised on each hotel website, discounted rates are applicable seven nights per week subject to availability, for all room types for which Best Flexible Rate applies.

 

Rules for Accommodation Benefits: 

 

i. No Certificates on Certain Dates. At the discretion of individual Participating Hotels, the Room certificates may not be available during major public holidays including, but not limited to: Valentine’s Day, Eid Al Adha, Eid Al Fitr, New Year's Eve. 

 

ii. Each Room certificate must be used separately per visit, meaning no more than one certificate is allowed to be redeemed during the same stay. 

 

 

SPA Benefits

 

30% discount on SPA/Heath Club entrance fees, as well as 30% discount on all types of massages, facial treatments and all types of treatments.

For each Membership, Members will receive a one (1) certificate per participating Hotel, one time only discount of %50 off food and beverage that can be applied to all food and beverage items, during any meal period. The certificate usage is subject to availability and reservation should be made in advance. The certificate is valid upon presentation of Membership. The certificate expires automatically upon expiration of Membership, even if the Member has renewed Membership for an additional term. Renewing Members will receive a new certificate valid for the new Membership term. The certificate cannot be combined with any other discounts or promotional offers, including the Membership Card Dining and Beverage Discount described above. Certificate is not valid during black-out dates and/or public holidays. as per the rules for dining benefits. The certificate cannot be used against accommodation charges, room service, or any other goods or services purchased in the hotel. In the event that a Member receives multiple certificates; the Member can only apply one certificate per meal occasion; multiple certificates cannot be used in combination. There is no minimum spend for certificate use. The certificate cannot be exchanged in part or whole for cash or credit. The certificate may not be, bartered or sold, and any attempt to engage in these activities will render the certificate void. The certificate cannot be combined with any other discounts or promotional offers, including any of the other dining Benefits. The certificate is valid for groups between 1 to 6 persons (including the Member).

For each Membership, Members will receive one (1) complimentary food only buffet lunch Certificate for two persons that can be applied to all buffet lunch packages in participating outlets in Participating Hotels. The certificate is valid upon presentation of Membership. The certificate usage is subject to availability and should be booked in advance. The certificate expires automatically upon expiration of Membership, even if the Member has renewed Membership for an additional term. Renewing Members will receive a new certificate valid for the new Membership term. The certificate cannot be combined with any other discounts or promotional offers. In the event that a Member receives multiple certificates; the Member can only apply one certificate per lunch occasion; multiple certificates cannot be used in combination. The certificate cannot be exchanged in part or whole for cash or credit. The certificate may not be bartered or sold, and any attempt to engage in these activities will render the certificate void. The Certificate cannot be combined with any other discounts or promotional offers, including any of the other Dining benefits. The certificate is valid for two persons (including the Member).

This may only be booked by Members by contacting the Club Regal Customer Service Centre or the Hotel directly. The certificate is applicable for any day of the week, subject to availability, for all room types for which the Best Flexible Rate applies, that is the rate listed on the Hotel website. The Member can only apply one certificate per stay; multiple certificates cannot be used in combination. Each certificate applies to one room only. The certificate applies to a continuous stay of two nights, out of which the first night will be paid and the second one will be free of charge. If the reservation is not timely cancelled in accordance with the hotel’s cancellation policy, Members who do not use their reservation (no-show) are subject to a no-show charge for the first night of the reservation, including tax and merchant service fees (if applicable), billed to the credit card used to guarantee the reservation, in the hotel’s discretion. Additionally, the Buy One Get One Free Certificate used to make the reservation will become null and void. Members must present their Membership and redeem the certificate check in. The certificates expire automatically upon expiration of Membership, even if the Member has renewed Membership for an additional term. Renewing Members will receive a new certificate valid for the new Membership term. Certificate is not valid during black-out dates and/or public holidays.  The certificates may not be bartered or sold and any attempt to engage in these activities will render the certificate void.

For each Membership, Members will receive one (1) Complimentary Room Upgrade Certificate to the next available category, per participating Hotel, valid for one-time use for a maximum of three (3) nights per stay. The certificate expires automatically upon expiration of Membership, even if the Member has renewed Membership for an additional term. Renewing Members will receive a new certificate valid for the new Membership term. The certificate is valid for upgrade to any room types when booking at member rate. The upgrade may only be booked by Members by contacting the Regal Club Customer Service Centre or the Hotel directly. Advance reservations required. Reservation may be made, subject to availability, on any day of the week. Rooms are subject to availability. All reservations using the certificate must be guaranteed with a credit card that is valid at the date of the start of the stay, unless otherwise specified. No cancellation charge applies if the reservation is cancelled in accordance with that hotel’s cancellation policy as stated on the reservation confirmation. If the reservation is not timely cancelled in accordance with the hotel’s cancellation policy, Members who do not use their reservation (no-show) lose their Certificate used to make the reservation. The Certificate will then become null and void. In the event that a Member receives multiple certificates; the Member can only apply one certificate per stay; multiple certificates cannot be used in combination. Certificate is not valid during black-out dates and/or public holidays.  Certificates may not be bartered or sold and any attempt to engage in these activities will render the Certificate void. Redemption of the certificate is subject to availability of the rooms of the hotels specially provided under the Program. Member must be present and provide their valid Membership at the front desk of the hotel at the time of check-in for all stays when availing of this Benefit.

The Complimentary Health Club and Spa Day Pass for Two Certificate cannot be combined with any other discounts or promotional offers. The certificate is valid for two persons (including the Member).

For each Membership, Members will receive two (2) complimentary Birthday Cake Certificates. The certificate is valid upon presentation of valid Membership. Member must be dining with a minimum of a party of 4 guests to redeem voucher. Members can use their membership card to get their regular discount. The certificate usage is subject to availability and should be booked in advance. The certificate expires automatically upon expiration of Membership, even if the Member has renewed Membership for an additional term. Renewing Members will receive a new certificate valid for the new Membership term. The certificate cannot be combined with any other discounts or promotional offers. In the event that a Member receives multiple certificates; the Member can only apply one certificate per occasion; multiple certificates cannot be used in combination. Members will receive a one non-transferable complimentary night certificate, as part of their membership, redeemable upon availability and advance booking for a standard room, double occupancy inclusive of breakfast.  Upon membership tier subscription, members will decide which group of hotels they would like to have this certificate redeemed at, as this will decide which tier their subscription belong to.
