The National Poultry Company, the “Jordanian Leading Company for Poultry,” was established in 1994, and it is a public joint stock company that trades its shares in the Amman Financial Market and the capital of the company is (30) million Jordanian dinars.

Since its establishment, the National Poultry Company has relied on the principle of “integration in production” so that it controls all phases of poultry production from spawning eggs to the final product and its distribution mechanism in the Jordanian market, to serve its primary goal in meeting the needs of the Jordanian consumer and all industrial and commercial sectors with products. Healthy poultry conforming to the highest international standards, which were slaughtered in the Islamic way by the latest findings of science technology for hatching, breeding and processing poultry.

The mission of the National Poultry Company is to satisfy the desires of the consumer by providing a wide range of high-quality products that are produced according to the most accurate international quality standards while adhering to environmental requirements and safe food.

The National Poultry Company is one of the most important and largest private sector companies that contribute to developing agricultural and industrial capabilities in Jordan through its continuous investments.

The National Poultry Company plays an important role in economic growth in the areas located in the south of Jordan, as it provides more than 1500 job opportunities for males and females from the people of those areas with different qualifications.

The National Poultry Company also contributes to training newly graduated university students and agricultural engineers, in addition to participating in various activities that contribute effectively to the development of the local community.
